In Line Coating Controler ASM 2500
The ASM 2500 is an in-line controler specifically designed for keeping
constant the viscosity of anti-scratch and/or anti-fog coatings used
in the optical industry.
For optical applications, the ASM 2500 comprizes:
one wheeled chassis that houses the control electronics, the 2 refill
canisters (one for solvant, one for coating) and the refill pump and
supports the coulour touch-screen operator's interface
one in line X2-sensor (viscosity and temperature )
one set of non-contact level sensors for the coating tank
General View & Typical Set Up of ASM 2500
The
ASM 2500 controls the level of the coating tank using 3 sensors :
High, Low and Very Low. As soon as the level in the tank falls under
the Low level (because of evaporation and/or consumption), the system
will refill the tank with either solvant or coating, depending on the
actual viscosity value compared to the set point.
