Ultrapure Technology has a full line of modular cleanrooms. Our units are constructed with 3" x 3" enamel coated tubular steel with gusseted corner post and welded grid ceiling. All come standard with cleanroom lighting, variable speed control H.E.P.A. fan filters and 40 mil strip curtain. Each cleanroom is thoroughly tested in house prior to being knocked down and crated for ease of installation in the field.

The Simplex "Airblock" System is a clear improvement in cleanroom softwall technology. Because it's versatile, Airblock can be used to create any class of cleanroom from class 100,000 down to class 10. More versatile and economical then permanent wall partitions, Airblock can be used to create portable softwall rooms, laminar flow hoods, wet bench shrouds and divide area of existing rooms to achieve greater cleanliness.

Our attractive and durable mounting tracks easily install to any surface. The patented design allows you to simply slide the vinyl into the track. They automatically overlap every time. The modular design can easily be moved or added on to as your needs change. Available in a variety of mil thickness, sizes and styles.
