coating is a UV curable, Screen transparent dielectric coating for
dot spacer on 170 sputtered polyester film. This serise is specifically
formulated not only for outstanding adhesion to metal or glass substrates
but also viscosity is optimized at a rheology which achieveing dots of
heights and narrow diamenter. ITO 311-1 is excellent adhesion allows it to
pass crosshatch tape adhesion test on most 170 sputtered polyester film or
copper circuitry. But should be care checked adhesion test when apply to
non-print treated film or non-170
sputtered polyester film.

Application Suggestions :
A screen mesh size of 200-300mesh plain wave, monofilament polyester
mesh will be provide best result and Sharp polyurethane squeege of approximately 75-85 durometer 60/90 also recommanded for optimum
results.
Wash up :
Screen may be cleaned with IPA, n-propyl acetate or many commercial screen
washes.
We recommanded JD-100 wash up solution for cleannings.
