Procedure:
Add water to final mixture kettle, with
adequate mixing, begin to pour in
Aquamere C-1011.
Begin to add the PCG-10 with adequate mixing (without creating a
vortex). Add pre-mixed phase B to phase A while mixing with a
homogenizer for 10 minutes, then switch to side-sweep agitation and
begin heating to 72°C. Add phase C to combined phase A and B at 50°C
and continue heating combined phase A, B and C to 72°C with adequate
mixing. Mix at 72°C for 10 minutes and then cool down to 50°C. At
50°C stop cooling and add phase D ingredients one at a time in the
order listed with mixing. Resume cooling down to 30℃ add phase E
ingredients one at a time in the order listed, making sure each
ingredient has been fully mixed into the batch before adding the next
ingredient. Cool to 25°C. Final pH should be between 6.0 and 7.0.
