AG90 Hardcoat provides a
unique combination of optical clarity with anti-glare
characteristics for flat panel displays in medical,
industrial, military and consumer Opto-Electronic and
Photonic applications. The proprietary formulation
provides an exceptionally even distribution of anti-glare
coating,which enables the films to maintain superb clarity
with the added benefit of anti-write characteristics.
Our
AG90 Hardcoat film is flexible, scratch- and
abrasion-resistant.
It withstands heat, humidity and
contact with a broad range of chemicals (chart on reverse
side). These attributes, combined with excellent optical
clarity, make AG90 an ideal filmto
be used where moderate antiglare properties are required
without sacrif icing clarity. AG90 is available with an
optional optically clear pressure sensitive adhesive.

AG90 Hardcoat
is manufactured using 7 mil optical grade PET
and is
available in widths up to 60-in. All processing is in cleanroom conditions using a precision extrusion non-recirculating
coating system. This provides a cleaner, more uniform
product. Formulations are proprietary and designed by
InteliCoat specifically for optically clear applications.
AG90 Can Be Tailor
Manufactured
AG90 can
be tailored to match almost any manufacturing
requirement,including application of hardcoat and
adhesives on PET, PC, CTA, PMMA and other flexible
substrates (from 0.5 to 25 mils). Manufacturing
capabilities include widths to 60-in, cleanroom slitting
and thickness uniformity to ±2% or better.
