Procedure:
Add water and EDTA to vessel
and mix. Add Stabileze 06, mix and heat to 80°C.
Hold at 80℃
for 15 minutes. In a separate vessel mix water and TEA of phase B.
Add slowly to phase A to neutralize. Cool to room temperature while
mixing. Add Aquamere
S-2012
and Germall II-E
mix
for 15 minutes.
